Offering and scope
On arturnowis.com, we present websites, design and digital solutions. You can use the enquiry form to send us your requirements and a project brief. We then discuss the scope and an individual offer. Submitting the form does not constitute a paid commission.
This information concerns the public main website and its enquiry form. The technical sample check covered the German-language homepage, About me, Enquiry, Privacy, Legal notice, the module catalogue and the concept overview. Protected portal areas, individual project and function previews, and linked third-party websites were not part of this check.
Classification under the BFSG
Based on its current business circumstances, Artur Nowis Studio is a microenterprise within the meaning of § 2 number 17 BFSG. The exemption under § 3 paragraph 3 BFSG applies to the services we offer. We provide this information voluntarily. The classification will be reassessed if there is a relevant change to our offering or business size.
The exemption describes our own service business. It makes no statement about the statutory obligations of companies for which we create websites or applications.
Support currently available
The pages checked have a skip link to the main content, structured headings and visible keyboard focus indicators. The mobile menu and the questions and answers checked can be operated using a keyboard.
The enquiry form uses labelled fields and an indicator of the current step. In the initial steps checked, messages about incomplete information were displayed and focus was moved to the relevant field or the next step. The pages adapt to narrow screens in the mobile view checked.
When reduced motion is enabled in the operating system, animations and smooth scrolling are limited on the pages checked. Contact by email is available as an alternative to the form.
Status and limits of the check
The technical sample check was carried out on 19 October 2026 in Chromium. It covered selected keyboard actions, page structure, field labels and mobile views down to 320 pixels wide. A full assessment against WCAG or EN 301 549 was not carried out. Full accessibility or conformity with a particular assessment standard is therefore not confirmed.
Outstanding checks include, in particular, use with screen readers such as VoiceOver, other browsers, high magnification and custom text spacing, all form steps including the security check and submission, as well as downloads and individual previews. The mere presence of alternative text or a form label does not yet confirm the quality of its content.
To save an enquiry, the form requires JavaScript and a technical security check. Full usability of this check with assistive technologies has not yet been demonstrated. If you cannot use the form, you can write to us directly.
Reporting barriers and requesting information
Please write to [email protected]. It is helpful to include the address of the page concerned, a brief description of the difficulty and, if you wish to share it, the browser or assistive tool used. You do not need to provide details of a disability or health information.
You can also use the same contact to ask for information in a format that is easier for you to use or to describe your project without the form. We review your message personally and agree a suitable approach with you.
