Scope
Greenably provides CV-related services and digital documents. The exact language, variant, number of documents, formats, completion period and correction scope are defined on the product page and in the order confirmation.
After payment
Customers receive a private workspace linked to their own account. CVs and documents must not be sent through the PrestaShop contact form. The shop passes to the CV engine only the data required to create a private job.
Customer materials
Work can begin after payment and receipt of complete materials. Missing or contradictory information must be clarified and may move the agreed deadline. Greenably does not invent experience or qualifications.
Processing
Import, OCR and the local AI assistant produce suggestions. The customer checks names, dates, employers, qualifications and meaning before approval. Greenably does not guarantee employment, an interview or acceptance by every ATS.
Delivery
Completed files are made available only to the authorised signed-in customer, in the formats stated for the product. The access period and download method must be repeated in the order confirmation. No physical shipment is provided.
File problems
Download errors, corrupted files or a mismatch with the agreed scope should be reported with the order number. Passwords and CV attachments must not be sent again to shop support.
