Provider and scope
These terms currently apply to B2C consumer purchases on the German market in the Greenably shop and the linked private CV-engine workspace. The provider is the trader identified in the legal notice. Individually agreed terms take priority for that order.
Account
Products using a private workspace require an account. Customers use a reachable email address, protect their password and report suspected unauthorised access. Guest checkout is disabled for these products.
Offer and contract
A product page is an invitation to place an order. Before submission, the customer sees the main characteristics, final price, payment and fulfilment method and can correct entries. The binding contract-formation point and acceptance must be stated clearly in the final checkout and confirmation.
Price and payment
The final price shown immediately before ordering applies. Based on the operator’s current declaration, the German small-business rule under § 19 UStG is intended to apply; the wording and cross-border treatment require tax approval. No recurring charge applies unless expressly stated.
Materials and cooperation
Customers provide only materials they may lawfully use and are responsible for truthful career information. Identity documents, unnecessary health data, third-party data without authority and malicious files must not be uploaded.
OCR and AI
Import, OCR and the local AI assistant produce suggestions that may be wrong. The customer reviews and approves the result. CV content is not published, sold to employers or used to train models.
Rights in materials
Customers retain rights in their own text and images. The provider receives only the rights required to receive, secure, process and deliver the order and make limited backups. Use of the final CV does not transfer rights in the code, brand or template library.
Fulfilment and revisions
Scope, format, language, deadline and revision rounds follow the product and confirmation. Correcting Greenably’s error does not consume an agreed revision. Additional scope or price is agreed before performance.
No recruitment guarantee
Greenably does not guarantee employment, an interview, an ATS result or recognition of qualifications. The service is not sworn translation, recruitment agency work or legal advice.
Conformity and complaints
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Reports should include the order number, problem and requested solution. The provider responds without undue delay; the operational target is 14 days.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal rights, early performance and their effects depend on the legal classification of the product. The customer will receive the applicable information and a separate, unticked declaration. Personalisation alone does not automatically remove the right.
Liability
Liability is governed by mandatory law. These terms do not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or any other non-excludable case.
Changes and law
Changes do not apply retrospectively to completed orders. German law does not remove mandatory protection in the consumer’s country of habitual residence. Consumers are not subjected to an exclusive court at the provider’s seat.
