We respond without undue delay; the operational target is 14 calendar days. Mandatory statutory periods take priority.
Remedy
Depending on the issue, remedies may include renewed access, correction, bringing the service into conformity, price reduction, refund or another statutory right.
Rights
The process does not limit mandatory consumer rights, court access or privacy complaints. The VSBG statement will be added after the operator’s decision. After an unresolved dispute, the information required by § 37 VSBG will be supplied.
